Why can't my phone connect to the WIFI in the dashcams for cars?

If the app fails to connect to the Dash Cam Front Rear, please try turning off your phone's cellular/mobile data and try again.

If you have any further questions, please contact the team.

Do I need to purchase additional accessories to enable the 24-hour parking monitoring function on the dash cam?

Yes, the hardwire kit enables the dashcam's parking monitoring mode and protects the car battery from depletion. However, the hardwire kit is not included and must be purchased separately. Please search for ASIN: B0F5Q5N8XC.

Why do I need to connect to Wi-Fi manually every time I use the app with the 4K dash camera?

The manual Wi-Fi connection is designed to maximise your privacy and security. Although this may seem inconvenient, it prevents the dash cam from being constantly connected to the internet, thereby reducing the risk of data breaches.

Can I control the camera by voice?

Yes, the car camera supports voice control, but only with preset English commands. It won't respond to casual speech. See the user manual included for the full command list.

How does night vision work?

The dashcam uses IR sensors for clear night vision. Auto-switches in low light, but you can turn it off manually. Needs some ambient light — not for total darkness.
